We palletize and stretch wrap all bagged material.

When mixing materials on the same load, there is a minimum purchase of one pallet of each type of material ordered.

There is a $6 deposit for each pallet, refundable upon its return.

Arrangements for unloading palletized material should be made in advance of our delivery. Our drivers do not unload. Please try to have the truck unloaded within two hours of arrival. Additional time must be billed at $25 per hour.

A surcharge is added for less than full loads of bagged products. Also a drop charge of $25 is added for less than a full trailer load of bagged material. Bulk is sold by full trailer loads only. To have material dropped in more than one location add $25 for each additional drop, plus mileage to the drop site.

Terms: You may use your Visa or MasterCard or our credit terms are Net 30 days with
approved credit. Deliveries must be pre-paid or accepted C.O.D. until credit is approved.
Accounts which become 30 days past due will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. This is an annual percentage rate of 18%. All accounts which go over
30 days past due automatically go on C.O.D. until the account is current. If your balance reaches
your established credit limit additional purchases must be paid C.O.D.

Most products are available in bags or bulk.

Total number of cubic yards of bulk material will vary with weight of material on hand.

Safety is a major concern. For this reason, trucks will not make deliveries over the designated weight limit. Material will be unloaded to adjust weight to acceptable levels before leaving our yard.

Note: surcharges for increases in fuel costs will be added to freight costs as necessary.
